Avery will oversee the daily operations, staff leadership, and overall culture of Bridge Kids Academy.

With over 20 years of experience in family ministry, along with previous experience directing a daycare center that transitioned from near closure to long-term stability and growth, Avery brings both leadership and vision.

His heart is for families. His leadership style is steady, structured, and people-focused—prioritizing safety, excellence, and a strong team environment for staff.
